​Employee responsibilities

​We offer individual terms, to maintain a proper work life balance, and for seniors who want to stay longer, with special terms. Eg. we have our oldest employee, Johannes 84, who wanted to be the company’s janitor, when he retired back in the day.

We prioritize our employees. Eg. We started an educational program, System Transport Academy Poland. Our employees are educated in AGILE project management, financing, projects, logistics and sales, twice a month.

We have chosen to prioritize the social momentum, in order to strengthen collaborations, efficiency, communication and not least, Job satisfaction. We therefore have staff associations at our location, which regularly organize 

We have heart starters in all our locations, and staff educated in them. Every minute counts when a person gets a heart attack. The chance of survival decreases by approximately 10% for every minute that goes by, without treatment. Therefore, prompt action is crucial. 

We want our employees to feel safe while at work, and one of the ways we can help with this, it to have heart starters on our locations, ensuring that assistance is always nearby.
