No one should feel that they are being badly or unfairly treated. Not from his or her boss, nor their boss. The same goes for their collegaues. It is as simple, as just being polite and talk friendly to eachother. Everyone should be treated equally and properly.
You should treat your colleagues and their opinions seriously and respectfully. Harassmenet is not tolerated and can lead to dismissal. The same goes for offensive actions.
We have trust in one another and will always try to understand actions, that are not always, as we are used to.
The management trust that the employees are doing their outmost at work, and the employees trust the management’s decisions and announcements.

In System Transport we have respect for each other, but at the same time we don’t want anything to be sweeped under the rug. You have to talk about it, and it is okay to be direct and say your honest opinion. That is best for all.
Honesty last the longest, and that is how it should be. We have an open door policy, which means that you can always talk to your boss and discuss things that you don’t understand.
It is a must that we respect eachother no matter jobtitle or who is in charge.
